The director of adson has worked in senior marketing roles with blue chip companies including The Gandel Group, Colonial First State, Stockland, Lendlease and Charter Hall; and is known as the 'Marketing Architect' behind some of the nation's most successful marketing strategies.
Elio was the marketing architect behind the strategies that delivered National and International marketing awards for Stockland with the ground breaking 'Stockland is Myfunland' kids marketing program.
Later, Elio was recruited by Lendlease to develop the brand and go-to-market program for a future city "Yarrabilba". Located in the middle of it all (south-east Queensland), The 'South-east's Newest Address' (Yarrabilba) has subsequently become one of the most successful communities in Australia.
